1. How can I book the room?
If you decided to live in UC House just let us know by filling out and sending us the form of application. After that we will get in touch with you as soon as possible and provide you with all necessary information.

2. How do I get to UC House?
UC House is situated in southern part of Aalborg city on Nibevej 12 and can be easily reached by bus or train. Learn more about it on contact page.

3. What should I do if something in my room is not functioning?
At most times we have maintenance staff around, if not, just write an e-mail to office@uchouse.dk

4. What is „deposit”?
The deposit is equal to two months' rent. You will get this money back after you move out from the accommodation, if no repairs have to be made.

5. What is included in the monthly rent?
Electricity, water, heating, and internet are included in the monthly rent.
2 laundry rooms with coin-operated washing machines and clothes dryers are available.

6. What should I do if I want to move out from UC House?
You should let us know in writing two months before your planned departure.
