Payment methods
The rent is payable in advance no later than the last banking day of the month. You can instruct your bank to set up a procedure, so that the amount is transferred automatically, so you do not get behind with your payments.

Security deposit
The deposit is equal to two months rent and you will get this money back after you move out from the accommodation, if no repairs has to be made.
Important notice
It is very important that you state you reference number, as it is the only way we can recognize your payment. Reference number consists of your date of birth and your room number.
